To further enhance the learning value for our readers, we have implemented a glossary that automatically give the readers a chance to get further information on oil and gas terms used in the article they are reading.

Whenever there is a term underlined in any of the articles, you can move your cursor over the term, click and get a simple explanation of the term. Here is and example:

By clicking on the term "Natural Gas", you get a short explanation on the term. A very useful feature!

A few words about oil and gas articles and copyright

This site is based on authors contributing by publishing their articles on oil and gas related subjects. However, in most cases, the author of the interesting articles cannot be found or contacted etc. If you plan to publish other author's work, please be open about it and be sure to follow the copyright conditions from the source you are using.

Most governmental or educational published articles are often "in the public domain and not copyrighted". You are then allowed to use and/or distribute any of their data, files, databases, reports, and other products. However, if you use their data, they would normally appreciate an acknowledgment in the form of naming the source or providing a link back to a webpage. Also, articles written in own words based on commonly available facts are not possible to copyright.

Other publications are noted copyrighted, in these cases you will need to obtain written permission to publish their work.

To publish your oil and gas related articles online OilGasArticles.Com, just follow this simple guide:

Click the Become an Author link on the Site Menu
Register you details on the form an submit. Your registration details will be reviewed by our staff. You will receive an confirmation email with your username on your password. Only your username will be visible to the readers, so it is up to yourself if you want to show your real name or your alias.
Go to the Submit Article or Author Login link on the Site Menu
Type in the article details and submit.
The article will NOT be published on the site before it has been reviewed and approved by some of our staff. If rejected, you will receive an email with the reason for this.

You can then start publishing more articles anytime by logging on via the Author Login link at the Site Menu.

Start now and let others see your articles online at OilGasArticles.Com

To avoid spam we have to approve each author before permission to submit articles is give.
