Ernest Klechka, P.E., has more than 30 years’ experience working with major oil corrosion mitigation companies, designing protection systems for oil and gas infrastructure. He is the director of engineering, Gulf Coast, and is based out of MATCOR’s Houston office. He has published more than 20 papers on corrosion control and is a leader in NACE. Ernie was honored with a NACE Distinguished Service Award in 2002. He holds several NACE certifications and is a registered professional engineer.
